Bo Normark
Bo is an Industrial Strategy Executiveat EIT Innoenergy.
He was instrumentalin creating the industrial development programme of the European Battery Alliance with a strong focus on sustainability and supply chain topics. He is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and Dr.h.c. in the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He has served in several public and private boards and has wast experiencies in the power system and the industrial implications of energy transition.
Debora Spar
Debora is the Jaime and Josefina Chua Tiampo Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Senior Associate Dean for Global Business and Society. Her current research focuses on issues of gender and technology, and the interplay between technological change and broader social structures.
Spar served as the President of Barnard College from 2008 to 2017, and as President and CEO of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts from 2017 to 2018. Before joining Barnard, Spar spent 17 years on the HBS faculty as the Spangler Family Professor as well as Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Research and Development. A prolific writer, Spar’s books include The Baby Business (2006), Wonder Women: Sex, Power, and the Quest for Perfection (2013), and Work Mate Marry Love: How Machines Shape Our Human Destiny (2020).
Spar earned her Ph.D. in Government from Harvard University and her B.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
Anders Ahnlid
Anders is the Director-General of the Swedish National Board of Trade, appointed as of 2020. Prior to this role, Mr. Ahnlid, has served the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs in various capacities such as Swedish Ambassador to Finland, Permanent Representative of Sweden to the EU in Brussels, Ambassador to the OECD and to UNESCO in Paris as well as Minister, Head of the Trade and Economic Department at the Embassy of Sweden in Washington DC.
Within the MFA he has also been Director-General for Trade, Deputy Director-General, Head of Department for International Trade Policy as well as Trade Policy Analyst at the National Board of Trade that he currently heads. He was a negotiator in the GATT Uruguay Round that led to the creation of the World Trade Organization.
Mr. Anders Ahnlid holds a University degree in Political Science and Economics, University of Lund.
Cynthia-Christie Jonströmer
Cynthia is the founder of the Stockholm Climate Leadership Forum, bringing with her a wealth of experience in investment. She currently serves as CEO of BHC Invest AB and was formerly the CEO of BrainHeart Capital AB. Throughout her career, she has made notable investments in companies such as Mobeon, Åkerströms, Meur Networks, Trux, and Spring Mobil. In 2021, Cynthia launched the private equity fund Antarez ClimateTech Capital, which is dedicated to climate transition and sustainability investments. She holds both GMP (2008-2009) and AMP (2018) credentials from Harvard Business School. Today, she serves as a board director of the Harvard Business School Swedish Club, with a focus on Sustainability and Climate Change.
Fredrik Hellström
Fredrik has been the CEO of Echandia Marine AB since 2022, a green-tech company that develops safe and robust battery systems for the global maritime market. Under Fredrik's leadership, the company has experienced significant growth and will, among other projects, deliver battery systems for San Francisco's new high-speed ferries.
Fredrik has a solid maritime background and has previously worked in leadership positions in submarine development at FMV. He holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and a PhD in Fluid Dynamics.
Ingmar Rentzhog

Ingmar is serial entrepreneur within financial communication and nominated for a DI Gasell Award, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, Sweden’s Environmental Influencer 2018, and International Gamechanger of the Year 2020, and Green Warrior 2021. Ingmar Rentzhog has been the chairman of the environmental think tank Global Challenge. He is on the board of Naventus Corporate Finance. He’s a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality and European Climate Policy Task Force and he was in 2022 appointed a European Climate Pact Ambassador by the European Commission.
Caroline Dennett
Caroline is a social scientist and researcher, and founder of CLOUT LTD a small but mighty business intelligence and insights agency. For over 10 years Caroline provided safety culture consultancy services to Royal Dutch Shell’s global operations, gaining unique and deep insights into the operational realities in the fossil-energy industry. In May 2022 Caroline publicly resigned her contract with Shell, calling them out for their disregard for the safety of planet and people, and their double-talk on climate change. Caroline’s TEDx talk about her experiences was banned by TED for its revelations.
Over the past two years Caroline has been researching new clean energy technologies, and the future for electricity. She co-founded Infinecity – power to people, a triple bottom line (people, planet, profit) company supporting clean-energy tech innovators through R&D and market deployment.
Liisa Raasakka
Since 2020, Liisa is representing the EIB Group in Sweden. She is an experienced banker with history working in the International Financing Institutes (EIB, EBRD, NEFCO). She enjoys financing investments that creates an added value to society, in particular environmental investments. She grew up in the towns of Lund and Stockholm and has a master’s degree in finance from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration, Helsinki, Finland.
Owen Gaffney
Owen is a writer, optimist and chief impact officer at the Nobel Prize. He is the author of Earth For All: A Survival Guide For Humanity (2022) and Breaking Boundaries (2021). He co-leads the Earth4 All initiative, he is co-founder of the Exponential Roadmap Initiative. For 20 years he has worked in Earth system science focusing on tipping points and future scenarios. In 2017, he first proposed the pathway to halve emissions every decade. This has provided a framework for national policies and major multinational corporations to reach net zero. He lives on the Stockholm archipelago and has a consultancy, Planetary Stewardship.
Ingrid af Sandeberg
Ingrid is an independent consultant and chairman of Stockholm AI, the largest data scientist community in Northern Europe, as well as an acclaimed keynote speaker on AI, water, and cyber security. She is a former water impact tech investor, former management consultant, and former COO of several AI-related startups. Having spent her career straddling management consulting, tech start-ups, and corporates, translating between tech and business, as well as between different types of entities (startups, scaleups, corporates, public sector, and academia), she currently supports well-established organisations in navigating new technologies to stay ahead, as well as younger companies on how to get to “established”. As a speaker, she leverages her combined perspectives to help leaders act and stay ahead.
Johan Falk
Johan is a leader and entrepreneur in exponential strategies for climate and business. Falk is the CEO and Co-founder of Exponential Roadmap Initiative, with the mission to accelerate exponential climate action and solutions to halve emissions by 2030. He is a former Senior Innovation Fellow at Stockholm Resilience Centre and Future Earth. He is the innovator of the 1.5°C Business Playbook, Climate Solutions Framework, Greening cash action guide, SME Climate Hub, the Di Climate index among many things in the climate and business space. 2018 he created the Exponential Climate Action Roadmap and the Exponential Roadmap initiative with Owen Gaffney with a strong consortia of partners. They also published the 12 in 12 via World Economic Forum and was initiating establishment of the Step-up declaration initiative. Earlier on, he was one of the initiators of the Global Carbon Law idea, together with Owen Gaffney and Johan Rockström, inspired by Moores Law. Johan Falk was recently at Intel Corporation 2006-2018, responsible for Intel IoT Ignition Lab and heading-up the Intel Edge Cloud Game Changer program for 4G/5G networks. During his employment at Intel., he received the Intel Global Design Win of the Year 2010 for accelerating the telecom business exponentially to a multi-billion dollar business. Johan worked at Ericsson Head of Product Management and built up and scaled the real-time charging (pre-paid card) business , now representing more than 50% of all global subscriptions. He is holder of a number of patents in the mobile communications industry, eg. for 2 factor authentication, which is widely applied in the Internet industry today. Johan went to Chalmers University of Technology Industrial Engineering 1985-1988, and studied at Stockholm School of Economics 1984-1985.
Matt Leta
Matt is a digital product innovator with over 20 years of experience. He founded his first startup at 19, leading him from Poland to London and Silicon Valley. Matt later established HOO KOO E KOO and Future Works, a remote company that assisted over 150 startups, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies with digital product innovation. His client list includes Apple, Google and JLL. In 2020, Matt founded Future Horizon, a non-profit organization and community uniting leaders and innovators to help solve tomorrow's problems. Through his #HustleGPT challenge, Matt pioneered AI-driven business creation. He now leads Future Works, applying AI to accelerate delivery and innovation.
